Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
An established IT company based in Stockley Park is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities & Events Support Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of its office, facilities, and event activities.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has a strong work ethic, and can work independently while supporting multiple departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvents & Marketing Support- Scan and label products for large events and exhibitions.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of event pods and displays.
- Accompany team members to and from the warehouse to collect or deliver equipment and stock.
- Load pallets and securely shrink-wrap products for transportation.
- Support marketing stock counts and inventory checks.
- Open pallets and unpack deliveries.
- Break down wooden crates and packaging materials.
- Lift, move, and store boxes and equipment safely.
- Transport deliveries and pallets throughout the office.
- Remove pallets from office areas to designated external locations.
- Dispose of rubbish, packaging materials, and wooden crates appropriately.
- Assist with meeting room setups and office moves where required.
- Carry out basic maintenance and general facilities duties.
- Help ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the site.
- Liaise with and oversee contractors working on-site when required.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes, pallets, and equipment safely.
- Previous experience in facilities, warehouse, office support, logistics, or event setup is desirable but not essential.
- Competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
