Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Orpington, with positions available to start immediately.

These are long-term opportunities for enthusiastic individuals who are looking to make a real difference to the learning and development of primary-aged children.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities
• Working closely with the class teacher to provide outstanding learning support
• Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
• Supporting small groups and, where required, providing 1:1 assistance
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
