We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.

• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Operating warehouse equipment and pallet trucks safely.
• Assisting with goods-in, goods-out, and general warehouse duties.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Following health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets and deadlines.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexible approach to shift work.

Desirable:

• FLT, Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, or PPT licences.
• Experience using warehouse management systems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
