You will also focus on mentoring and developing colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and promoting best practices across the home. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, improving outcomes, and significantly enhancing residents' lives. The role requires current NMC registration, at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, strong clinical knowledge, leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.
