Randstad Care is actively recruiting dedicated Children's Support Workers across Caerphilly and South Wales. In this role, you will support children and young people managing complex social, emotional, and mental health needs within specialised residential settings.
We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as Care Assistants, Youth Workers, Teaching Assistants, Crisis Support Staff, and Childcare Practitioners.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable UK experience in a children's residential setting, youth care, or specialised childcare role.

Core Skills: Strong emotional resilience, clear professional boundaries, and an understanding of trauma-informed care principles.

Licence & Transport: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to commute across local sites.
