Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in South West London
This is to work as an Assistant Team Manager in a Mental Health Team
- The role will be in the Richmond Mental Health Social Care Team, who work with adult service users, aged 18-75 with a clinical mental health diagnoses.
The team is based at Twickenham Civic Centre and we are hybrid working.
- The role will be to support the Team Manager in managing and leading the team, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient, person centred, strength-based service for adults in the LB of Richmond and their carers. This will involve supervision of Social Workers and Social Care Assessors within the team and also acting as a Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) for S42 enquiries, and managing Duty on a rota basis.
- The Assistant Team Manager will provide direction, maintain practice standards and promote continuous professional development to social workers and social care assessors.
