Residential Conveyancing Locum - Nottingham

Rate: £45-£55 per hour
Contract: 3 months
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Arrangement: Office-based
CRA Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a well-established law firm in Nottingham on an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking for a short-term locum assignment within a supportive and established team.

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a range of transactions and ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with relevant procedures.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in a Residential Conveyancing role.
• Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
• Available to commit to the full 3-month assignment.

• £45-£55 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Initial 3-month locum contract.
• Monday to Friday.
• Fully office-based in Nottingham.
• Immediate opportunity with an established legal team.
