You'll work closely with teachers and education professionals to support children with their learning, development and wellbeing.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom learning and activities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping children develop confidence and independence
- Supporting children who may need additional assistance
- Providing personal care support where required
- Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Experience matters. You don't necessarily need a specific qualification - we're looking for someone who has experience working with children and genuinely wants to make a difference.
