We're looking for a Payroll Executive to join our friendly and collaborative People and Culture team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. Working Monday to Wednesday, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues are paid accurately and on time, while helping us continuously improve our payroll processes and employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of payroll, takes pride in delivering a high-quality service, and wants to work for an organisation that genuinely values its people.
About the role
As Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of payroll services across the organisation. You'll work closely with colleagues across People and Culture and the wider business, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, efficiently and in line with deadlines.
Alongside payroll processing, you'll help maintain the integrity of employee data, respond to payroll queries and contribute to process improvements that make a difference to both colleagues and customers.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Have experience in a comprehensive payroll role within a high-volume environment
- Are confident working with payroll systems and managing employee data accurately
- Can effectively prioritise competing demands and consistently meet deadlines
- Have strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft 365 applications
- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to service improvements
- Are looking for a part-time opportunity working Monday to Wednesday
