Relief Support Worker

We are seeking warm, respectful, and energetic individuals to join our Scunthorpe services as Relief Support Workers. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling, inclusive lives while upholding their independence and rights.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team, receiving guidance during your probationary period to build essential skills. The role includes acting as a Key Worker, helping individuals achieve their aspirations.

We require candidates with at least 12 months of experience in social care, ready to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. New Relief staff must complete a mandatory induction before being able to pick up shifts.
