Recruiter:

Louise Evans

Pricing Implementation Coordinator
  • Build a career in Pricing, with support to learn the specialist systems, processes and technical knowledge required.
  • Gain broad business exposure, working across Pricing, Underwriting, IT and platform teams to help deliver changes affecting a wide range of insurance products.
  • 80% hybrid working with 20% from our Stratford Upon Avon Office (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
About the role

As a Pricing Implementation Coordinator within our Deployment & Assurance team, you'll help ensure approved pricing changes are implemented accurately, safely and efficiently across our live systems. Rather than designing prices or building complex pricing models, you'll focus on taking agreed changes through the final stages of the pricing lifecycle, helping them move smoothly from development and testing into production.

You'll support the implementation and deployment of price changes, data updates and classification changes across a number of platforms. Each platform follows a different process, so you'll learn how to navigate the relevant systems, complete implementation activities and ensure changes are applied in the correct environment and on the appropriate date. You'll work across different products and manage several activities at the same time, adjusting your priorities when release plans or business requirements change.

Quality and control will be central to your work. You'll carry out testing and quality assurance checks to confirm that changes are functioning as expected within the relevant environment. You'll maintain accurate records, audit evidence and supporting documentation, following established governance and risk controls so that every activity can be traced, validated and demonstrated to meet internal and regulatory requirements. The role tests whether pricing changes work correctly within the live environment rather than assessing or determining the pricing itself.

You'll also investigate problems, contribute to root cause analysis and support improvements to existing processes. Working closely with colleagues across Pricing, Underwriting, IT, platform, development and testing teams, you'll respond to queries, share information about release and handover requirements and help ensure everyone involved understands what is needed to deliver each change successfully.

Internally this role is called Pricing Analyst.

About you

You'll have developed relevant experience through data entry, administration, financial services, investments, operational coordination or another process-driven environment. What's important is that you're comfortable handling information accurately, learning new systems and following structured processes and controls.

You'll bring good data handling and Excel skills, including experience of working with spreadsheets and ideally using VLOOKUPs and PivotTables. You do not need to be an Excel expert, but you should be comfortable navigating data and willing to develop your capability in processes that may use formulas or macros.

You'll bring a combination of the following skills and experience:

  • Implementation and deployment, with the ability to follow structured processes and accurately input, update or release information into systems.
  • Testing and quality assurance, combined with strong attention to detail and a commitment to checking that changes and outputs are accurate.
  • An understanding of governance and risk controls, demonstrating accountability for maintaining accurate documentation, evidence and audit trails.
  • Confidence in systems and process navigation, with the planning and forward-thinking approach needed to learn new platforms and anticipate requirements.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation, enabling you to manage competing activities, changing deadlines and detailed work without losing focus.
  • A practical approach to problem solving, root cause analysis and process improvement, supported by effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
