On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Content Analyst for a contract based in Remote.
Purpose of the role:
Support a time-bound programme to migrate content from a legacy intranet to SharePoint Online and Service Now. Partner with business content owners to review, enhance, and transform content for the new platform. Ensure all migrated content is accurate, accessible, well-governed, and optimised for SharePoint Search and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
What you'll do:
- Audit, classify, and migrate content from the legacy intranet to SharePoint Online.
- Build Modern SharePoint pages using approved templates and design standards.
- Apply metadata, content types, and governance controls in line with programme standards.
- Transform legacy documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs, etc.) into structured, user-friendly SharePoint pages.
- Engage with business stakeholders to review content and secure approvals for migration.
- Deliver content migration activities in line with defined waves, timelines, and milestones.
The skills you'll need:
- Experience in content analysis, creation, and restructuring.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online (OOTB), Service Now and content management.
- Experience with metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
- Awareness of Search and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Agile experience (e.g. Jira)
- SharePoint content/intranet migration experience.
