Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Farnham, Surrey

Salary: £95-100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom tasks.
• Implement strategies to promote academic progress and social development.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
