3 Month FTC - Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role will see you handling the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business decisions. You'll play a key part in keeping the accounting and finance function running smoothly.

The organisation is based in Crawley.

Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support the year-end audit process and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
• Oversee reconciliations, including bank accounts and balance sheets.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Part Qualified (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

• Salary between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
