This permanent role, with a competitive salary of £12.72 per hour, involves providing safe and courteous transportation services for team members, as well as assisting them with any special needs during transit. The role requires a focus on driving safely and an ability to delegate passenger interaction tasks to onboard support staff to ensure safety. Key responsibilities include providing transportation services for team members, assisting with carrying packages or opening doors, and delivering miscellaneous pickup and delivery services. As part of the role, the successful candidate would need a PCV license with Cat D1, a clean driving record, and knowledge of safety precautions, with periodic CPC training attendance as required. - Providing miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed.
- Have a PCV license with Cat D1 and a clean driving record.
- Able to drive a minibus
- Attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training as required.
- Be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety procedures.
- Be able to react calmly in emergencies and be considerate.
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
