Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet, near Bristol. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a LGV1 Tramper Relief Driver to join our friendly and dynamic team. Please note this is a full time role and you will have a non-allocated vehicle/will cab hop for holiday and sick cover at an inflated rate of pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drivers must have Valid C+E license, Full CPC and digital tachograph card
• Nights out required
• Operate vehicle in a safe and effective manner
• Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commitment to the business and industry
• Providing excellent customer service
• Good geographical knowledge

Benefits:

• 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), after 2 year's unbroken service employees will receive an additional day's holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years' service up to a maximum of 3 days
• Enhanced pay rates: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for weekend shifts and 1.25x your hourly rate for all hours worked above 55 per week

Additional Details:

• Hours of work Monday to Friday
• Guaranteed 47.5 hours per week plus overtime
• Salary range from £50,000 - £55,000 per year
