Procurement and Commercial Manager

Renewable Energy | Onshore & Offshore Wind

We're looking for an experienced Procurement & Commercial Manager to support the delivery of major renewable energy projects from early-stage development through to Final Investment Decision (FID).

Working closely with senior Procurement & Commercial leaders, you'll play a key role in developing procurement strategies, leading complex tender processes, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing supplier relationships across critical wind energy packages.

• Proven Procurement & Commercial experience within onshore and/or offshore wind projects
• Demonstrable expertise negotiating complex contracts with OEMs, developers, or major suppliers
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating Terms & Conditions, PSAs, and commercial agreements
• Background conducting tender evaluations and leading end-to-end procurement processes
• Knowledge of WTG, MIP and ESI procurement packages
• Ability to provide market intelligence and commercial insight to project stakeholders
• Legal or commercial qualifications/background highly advantageous

• Recent experience negotiating with major renewable energy suppliers and OEMs
• Track record delivering complex procurement activities from sourcing strategy through to contract execution
• Experience working within large-scale capital projects in the renewable energy sector
